Parkdale Place Condominium Corporation No. 11 was established in 1985 as one of Brandon's early condominium communities, providing owners with the opportunity to enjoy private home ownership combined with shared amenities and reduced exterior maintenance responsibilities. The development consists of six units surrounding a central garage with 2 stalls per tenant, and a recreation area featuring pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table, fitness / tv area and friendly  gathering spaces indoors and out.

Dunc Grierson's vision for Parkdale Place was to create a small, owner-focused community where neighbours could enjoy a safe, quiet enjoyment, in a well-maintained environment while sharing the costs and benefits of common facilities. The design emphasizes community, convenience, and long-term property stewardship through collective ownership and governance.

More than forty years later, Parkdale Place remains a unique 55+ condominium community in Brandon, continuing to provide residents with a friendly atmosphere, attractive amenities, and a commitment to preserving the quality and value of the property for future generations.
